If you’re unsure, check with your vet. Nobody likes an unexpected trip to the dentist. Keep an eye out for wear and tear. Within a month or so, we find that most dogs chew Benebone into submission. Once your order has shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier and the delivery address. Combined processing + transit time may vary; please allow up to 10 business days in rare cases (holidays, carrier delays, weather).
Shipping rates & free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax).

Orders under $50 will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout, calculated based on weight and destination.
Tracking your order
All orders include tracking. After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information so you can follow delivery status.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with household members and any delivery location (porch, garage, neighbor).
