How can I improve the suction strength of the OCTOBUDDY
Press firmly against the surface of the SCREEN for at least 10 seconds to ensure full contact. If the mount has been used frequently, rinse the suction cups with warm water to remove dust and restore adhesion. Please do not leave phone unattended.
Why does the suction work on glass but not on my walls?

Once your order has shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier and the delivery address. Combined processing + transit time may vary; please allow up to 10 business days in rare cases (holidays, carrier delays, weather).
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax).
Orders under $50 will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout, calculated based on weight and destination.
All orders include tracking. After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information so you can follow delivery status.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with household members and any delivery location (porch, garage, neighbor).
