How to deal with the folds when you get your mat?
-Solution 1: Put some weights on the folds ( raised side) for a few days, it will recover into original shape soon.
-Solution 2: Use a hairdryer, heat the folds till it reach a certain temperature. Fold it in the opposite direction.

Once your package has shipped, a tracking number is emailed automatically. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours and allow you to monitor your order in real-time through the carrier’s tracking system.
