Can I use this product around food/children/pets?
Our ingredients indicate that they should not be of concern for people and pets, if used as per label instructions. Our extensive data is thoroughly reviewed by the US EPA. The review process includes evaluating impact on pregnant women and infants.
How long does it take to charge the rechargeables?
To fully charge, the E65 takes 2 hours and the E55 and EX55 takes 5-6 hours.
Can I fly with the repeller or refills?
Our Rechargeable repellers and refills can be taken on aircrafts. The FAA recommends any devices containing lithium-ion batteries be carried in a carry-on luggage. Please pack in a way that the repeller doesn't accidentally get activated on aircraft.
Why isn’t my refill cartridge full?
The amount of repellent liquid in each rechargeable refill cartridge varies depending on the number of protection hours included.

Shipping area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Fulfillment & carriers
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped using reliable logistics partners such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Carrier and shipping method may vary depending on product type and destination.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed. Processing includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier.
Transit time (after shipping)
Once your order has shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier and the delivery address. Combined processing + transit time may vary; please allow up to 10 business days in rare cases (holidays, carrier delays, weather).
Shipping rates & free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax).

Orders under $50 will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout, calculated based on weight and destination.
Tracking your order
All orders include tracking. After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information so you can follow delivery status.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with household members and any delivery location (porch, garage, neighbor).
