At Rayz Mart we aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Below are our shipping terms.

Shipping area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Fulfillment & carriers

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped using reliable logistics partners such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Carrier and shipping method may vary depending on product type and destination.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed. Processing includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

Transit time (after shipping)

Once your order has shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier and the delivery address. Combined processing + transit time may vary; please allow up to 10 business days in rare cases (holidays, carrier delays, weather).

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax).

  • Orders under $50 will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout, calculated based on weight and destination.

Tracking your order

All orders include tracking. After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information so you can follow delivery status.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with household members and any delivery location (porch, garage, neighbor).

  • For lost or damaged shipments, contact us at Support@rayzmart.com or +1 (512) 543 0339 and include your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

Returns & exchanges (shipping-related)
